Job Profile

An experienced Liability/Casualty Claims Handler is required to join a long-established Loss Adjusters firm. This role offers an opportunity for ambitious Liability Claims Handlers or Desk-Adjusters seeking their next career step as a Field Adjuster.

  • You will start in the field with a caseload of losses, working alongside experienced Field Adjusters who will support you on site visits and report writing.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and vibrant team.

  • This role is remote.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a varied caseload of EL/PL claims, including Injury and Property Damage.
  • Conducting site visits within your designated geographical area alongside experienced Field Adjusters.
  • Handling EL/PL claims from inception to resolution.
  • Interacting with claims staff, policyholders, brokers, and claimants.
  • Applying knowledge of current case law, statutes, and regulations.
  • Maintaining a full, clean driving license.
  • Using MS Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiently.
  • Being well-organized and capable of influencing others.
  • Insurance qualifications are desirable; relevant experience will also be considered.
