Working as part of the LNWUH Capital Projects Team, the post holder will provide management support for specific projects across the Northwick Park Hospital site; they will support the management of more complex or sensitive projects by managing or assisting with elements of them on behalf of more senior team members.

A significant part of the role will be to update existing CAD plans for all sites within the Trust.

Main duties of the job

An opportunity has arisen within London North West Healthcare NHS Trust for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the Estates department as a Band 5 Junior Capital Projects Manager.

The successful applicant will be required to plan, support, facilitate, and monitor elements of projects or work-streams throughout the project lifecycle to deliver benefits using project management methodology.

Good communication and customer care skills are essential for working with various levels of staff across the organisation. The role requires carrying out all duties efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
