An established industry player in healthcare is seeking a motivated Band 5 Junior Capital Projects Manager to join their Estates department. This role involves supporting the management of complex projects, updating CAD plans, and ensuring effective communication across various staff levels. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing project delivery and will benefit from being part of a dedicated team serving a diverse population. Working as part of the LNWUH Capital Projects Team, the post holder will provide management support for specific projects across the Northwick Park Hospital site; they will support the management of more complex or sensitive projects by managing or assisting with elements of them on behalf of more senior team members.
A significant part of the role will be to update existing CAD plans for all sites within the Trust.
