About The Role

We're looking for a Junior Campaign Manager to join our fast-growing Marketing team at LearnWorlds. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth and high-quality execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will support senior marketing team members in launching and managing campaigns that drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion across digital channels.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that requires strong project coordination and copywriting skills, curiosity to learn, and a collaborative spirit. You'll be at the operational heart of our campaigns—coordinating assets, managing timelines, preparing short-form marketing copy, and ensuring proper process adherence through our internal tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom, etc.).

You'll be joining a cross-functional Marketing Tribe that includes Senior Growth Marketing Managers, a Content Manager and the Tribe's Head—all focused on building and executing full-funnel marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination & Setup

  • Support the planning and launch of campaigns across paid, email, and social channels
  • Coordinate development of assets and messaging with internal teams (Brand, Demand Gen, Design, Dev, MarkOps)
  • Execute timely and structured campaign launch coordination using platforms like Slack, Asana, Zoom, etc

Short-Form Copywriting

  • Write or adapt short-form copy for digital ads, landing pages, email headers, CTAs, and social media promotions
  • Align messaging with the ICP and campaign concept provided by senior team members
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager and Brand team to ensure tone of voice consistency and copy quality
  • Proofread and review copy across all campaign materials before launch

Project Management

  • Maintain Asana boards and campaign timelines to ensure projects move forward on schedule
  • Secure and document team alignments through Slack, brief templates, and check-ins

Launch Execution

  • Handle logistics for webinars and virtual events (Zoom setup, speaker coordination, live-day management)
  • Assist in campaign launches (UTMs setup, briefs creation, Asana task tracking)

Performance Support

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing Managers to monitor campaign KPIs and performance
  • Coordinate reporting tasks and optimization action points

Process Excellence

  • Follow structured processes to ensure consistent and high-quality execution
  • Maintain internal documentation for repeatable campaign processes and templates

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a marketing coordination, campaign support, or similar role
  • Some experience or demonstrated ability to write engaging, concise copy for digital ads, landing pages, emails, and social posts
  • Comfortable using task management tools (e.g., Asana), communication tools (e.g., Slack), and basic analytics/reporting tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn and develop campaign marketing and copywriting skills in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, digital learning, or e-learning industries
  • Familiarity with campaign platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Hands-on involvement in executing webinars, paid social campaigns, or email marketing flows.

Benefits

  • Private life and health insurance plan
  • Fully remote work if you prefer to work from home, apart from when we have team meetings a few times per year
  • Your personal annual training budget
  • An annual home office allowance to set up your personal space
  • Company laptop
  • 23 days of paid time off
  • 3 early summer Fridays in July and August
  • A free LearnWorlds School to build and sell your own courses
  • Work in one of the globally top 5 e-learning courses platform
  • An opportunity to grow alongside us and shape the look and feel of tomorrow's e-learning
  • An entrepreneurial, international, and highly motivated team with a flat hierarchy that will both challenge you and help you reach your highest potential
