Overview

Junior C# .Net Developer, C#.Net / Graduate, Kettering, Northamptonshire to £26,000. An established award winning Digital Agency in Kettering, Northamptonshire is requiring an enthusiastic ASP.Net web developer. The successful Developer will join a large team of Developers, reporting to the Head of the Development. The C#.Net Developer will have website development experience but not necessarily commercial experience. You will ideally have examples of websites you have produced.

The role will entail building database-driven websites and web applications in ASP.Net using C# and web forms. You will be expected to develop a website which matches the design perfectly, so a keen eye for detail is important. You will produce Content Management Systems for every website built, however there is an in-house system which you will be expected to integrate with. Taking on a new website will involve direct contact with clients, so you will be expected to have good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build database-driven websites and web applications in ASP.Net using C# and Web Forms.
• Develop websites that match design specifications with attention to detail.
• Produce Content Management Systems for each website, and integrate with the in-house CMS system.
• Engage directly with clients on new website projects, demonstrating good interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate within a large team of developers and report to the Head of Development.

Qualifications

• Excellent HTML/CSS skills.
• Proficient in .Net using C# and Web Forms.
• Experience with MS SQL Server.
• Experience in Javascript, Foundation, IIS management and SagePay integration is advantageous.
• Efficient, organised and able to work accurately to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work on more than one project at a time.
• May be required to undertake a test before interviews.
