Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a passionate Junior Buyer for an on-site role in Crawley to support the buying team. The position is 9am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with an ongoing temp-to-perm duration and a salary of £28k–£31k.

You will source products, manage supplier relations, create and manage purchase orders, and ensure branding compliance while maintaining accurate data across systems. Strong Excel and office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a buying, procurement, or purchasing role.
• Strong administrative skills and a knack for keeping things organised.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster relationships and provide clear updates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to help you manage data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the buying team in sourcing high-quality products from suppliers.
• Assisting in building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure the best service and products.
• Creating and managing purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinating the management, storage, and despatch of product samples, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Monitoring supplier performance and delivery timelines to keep projects on track.
• Reviewing branding for compliance with brand standards, ensuring our client's reputation remains stellar.
• Maintaining accurate product and supplier information across systems and portals, contributing to overall efficiency.
