Flannery Plant Hire is seeking a Junior Business Systems Support Analyst to join the IT team at Warrington depot. You’ll provide first-line support for our hire/rental, fleet management, HR and reporting systems, logging tickets and helping users get unblocked quickly.

You will work closely with senior analysts, learn our core systems and play a part in system updates, testing and documentation to support depot staff across sites.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years' experience in IT support, helpdesk or business systems role.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently, escalate only complex problems.
• Strong communication and willingness to help non-technical users.
• Comfort learning new software systems quickly.
• Good attention to detail and methodical troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office/365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Proactive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-line support for business systems across depots and Head Office via the helpdesk.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine system issues, escalate complex problems to senior analysts.
• Support user account setup, access requests, and basic system configuration changes.
• Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system and track issues to resolution.
• Assist with testing system updates, patches and new features before rollout.
• Create and maintain simple guides and FAQs for self-service by colleagues.
• Assist onboarding of new starters by setting up system access and basic training.
• Liaise with depot teams to understand issues and feed recurring problems back to IT.
• Assist senior staff with small system improvement projects and data cleanup.
• Build knowledge of core systems (hire/rental, fleet, finance, HR) over time.
