A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Business Systems Analyst to join a prestigious Financial Services company. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical individual to gain hands-on experience with CRM systems, data management, and process improvements within a financial services environment.

This is an ideal role for someone with three years of experience in a CRM-related role, preferably within financial services, who is looking to develop their technical skills, project management capabilities, and business systems knowledge in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in supporting, managing, maintaining, and improving business systems, particularly the CRM System.
2. Ensure CRM data integrity by supporting data validation, user management, and system controls.
3. Provide first-line support for system-related queries from internal users, escalating complex issues when necessary.
4. Support user training and documentation to enhance adoption of business systems.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Three years of experience in a CRM-related role, preferably within financial services.
• Proven track record of managing business applications and driving system improvements. Good understanding of CRM data structures, processes, and best practices.
• Experience with working on projects, process automation, and implementing system enhancements.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Office Suite. Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
