Following our successful international growth strategy, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a dynamic and hands-on (Junior) Business Development Manager UK.

- based in the central region of England / Midlands -

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth, with a focus on key customers such as sanitary wholesalers, builders' merchants, and tile distributors.

Your role

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK market, focusing on wholesalers and distributors of sanitary products, tiles, and building materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, supporting the full sales lifecycle, including onboarding new customers, merchandising support, and product presentations/training.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the UK Sales Manager and the Dumaplast HQ organization in Belgium.
  • Cooperate with the marketing department to create effective promotional materials and implement the in-store POS strategy.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
