Qualifications

• A degree (preferred) or equivalent commercial experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort communicating with customers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and identify new opportunities.
• Arrange meetings for managers and executives.
• Follow up with prospects after events and campaigns.
• Maintain target account lists using CRM and market research tools.
• Produce activity and performance reports.
• Support tender and procurement opportunities as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
