About the RoleAs a Junior Business Analyst, you'll work closely with our IT & Digital Transformation team to support a variety of impactful business and IT projects. You'll be involved in the early discovery phases, helping to define current (‘as-is’) and future (‘to-be’) processes, while gathering and managing business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build hands-on experience across Agile and Waterfall environments, working closely with stakeholders across the business to bring innovative solutions to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:Capturing and documenting business requirements and process flows in clear business language
Supporting workshops to define project scope, requirements, and delivery plans
Mapping current and future business processes (As-Is / To-Be)
Working closely with IT and business stakeholders to shape solutions
Supporting and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Contributing to user documentation and training materials
Assisting with delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Essential:
Some hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role (internship or junior-level)
Understanding of the project lifecycle and delivery methodologies
Familiarity with requirements gathering, data mapping, and stakeholder engagement
Experience working with process models (As-Is and To-Be)
A problem-solving mindset and logical approach
Great communication skills—both written and verbal
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
Desirable:
Degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in retail or hospitality environments
Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall project methods
Familiarity with user testing and documentation creation
Work on exciting digital transformation projects from day one
Collaborate with an innovative, supportive, and fast-paced team
