Job description

The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with a growing, values-led FMCG business in their search for a Junior Brand Manager to join their UK Marketing Team.

The Role:

  • Support the rollout of 360° marketing campaigns including digital, print, and in-store activation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, category, supply chain, and NPD teams to deliver product launches.
  • Manage and create content for digital and social media channels, working alongside internal teams and agencies.
  • Analyse campaign performance, brand health, and consumer feedback using sales and digital data.
  • Contribute to new product development, innovation planning, and creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Coordinate events, product sampling, influencer outreach, and shopper marketing activity.
  • Liaise with creative, PR, and media agencies to deliver locally relevant campaigns.
  • Support photoshoots, video content creation, and internal marketing communications.

About You:

  • Ideally degree-qualified in Marketing, Business, or a related subject.
  • Experience in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG, food, or consumer goods.
  • Creative, with a passion for content, branding, and digital communication.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.
  • A collaborative team player with a self-starter attitude and curiosity to learn.
