Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Head of Performance-Based Pay with daily operations, including KPI review, SMART objectives, sales targets, and communicating results.
• Managing data collection processes for all colleagues, ensuring accuracy in salaries, reporting lines, new starters, leavers, and other personal data changes.
• Collaborating with the HR team on data updates such as garden leave and absences.
• Managing employment contract collection across 15 European countries.
• Reconciling data between the performance pay system and Workday, resolving discrepancies.
• Handling team scorecard data across various regions.
• Meeting strict monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines.
• Understanding and explaining performance-based pay policies.
• Supporting weekly induction programs and updating content as needed.
• Assisting with goal audits and maintaining up-to-date process documents.
• Responding promptly to queries via the ticketing system and handling ad hoc requests.
