Junior BMS Engineer – London - £42,000

We are currently representing a BMS & Controls specialist company seeking to expand their team with a Junior BMS Engineer.

Salary Package:

• £30,000 - £42,000
• Training Provided

Duties:

• Assist in designing and installing building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, and access control systems.
• Work with senior BMS engineers to configure, test, and commission systems.
• Develop system architecture, network topology, and control strategies.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Analyze system data to improve energy efficiency, comfort, and equipment performance.
• Prepare project documentation such as system design specs, test plans, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals within deadlines and budgets.
• Stay updated with BMS technology and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations
• Experience with Trend or Tridium systems
• Driving License
• Electrical installation and commissioning experience
• HVAC or BMS experience is desirable but not essential
