Job Description:

This is a graduate opportunity for a Junior BMC Remedy ITSM Technical Consultant. During training, responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the configuration and development of BMC ITSM products (e.g., BMC Remedy, BMC Helix).
• Building understanding of IT Service Management processes.
• Installing, configuring, and integrating BMC products with other enterprise systems.
• Collaborating with project teams to gather and analyze client requirements.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for BMC product implementations.
• Participating in testing and quality assurance activities.
• Documenting configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Staying updated with BMC product features and industry best practices.

Skills / Qualities:

• Basic understanding of IT Service Management concepts (e.g., ITIL).
• Experience with BMC products is a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
