Junior Property Manager (LET background considered) Sussex (Hybrid) c£30k

We are working with a long-established, successful, multi-generational family-owned Property Management business based in West Sussex.

Specialising in Leasehold Block Management along the coast from Portsmouth to Hastings, they are seeking to hire an entry-level Property Manager with the following qualities:

  • Initially working in the office in Littlehampton, moving to a hybrid arrangement once settled
  • Experience from LET or Block Management background with strong administrative skills
  • Full training provided, including external industry qualifications
  • Handling first-line, non-complex resident queries regarding service charges, maintenance, or repairs
  • Coordinating with approved contractors for estate maintenance and repairs
  • Communicating messages to property managers for technical assistance
  • Occasional estate visits to understand resident issues firsthand
