Responsibilities
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide range of medical devices
  • Ensuring equipment is serviced in line with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards
  • Supporting the site manager and team to meet contractual KPIs
  • Managing spare parts, tools, and test equipment to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining accurate service documentation and administrative records
  • Building strong relationships with hospital staff and OEM service teams
  • Ensuring safe working practices in a clinical setting
What you\'ll bring
  • A qualification in engineering, electronics, or medical technologies (biomedical engineering preferred)
  • 1-3 years of UK-based experience working with medical equipment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and clinical environments
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Certified OEM training (desirable but not essential)
Mobility & Travel
  • Primarily site-based
  • Occasional UK travel
  • Possible international travel for training courses
