Graduates or school leavers with an analytic mindset will join a dynamic team that combines data, technology and creative thinking to deliver impactful campaigns.

Competenze

• Degree in analytical-, quantitative-, comms- or marketing-related discipline.
• Numerate and comfortable with data processing and interpretation.
• Confident, accurate written and spoken English.

• Strong desire to learn about demand side platforms (Paid Social & Programmatic).
• Daily campaign pacing adjustments to deliver plans and set budgets.
• Daily campaign optimisation using tools and Excel-based data analysis.
• Daily reporting updates to the direct team.
• Weekly budget pacing analysis and KPI review.
• Weekly application of brand safety tools (blocklists).
• Weekly consumer insights reporting and optimisations.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests from team or planning groups.
• Develop optimisation strategies across advertisers.
• Deploy testing methodologies under line manager direction.
