Havas Market in Leeds is recruiting an entry-level Biddable Executive to join the Digital Activation team. The role focuses on learning demand side platforms, pacing campaigns, and producing data-driven insights for the B2B sector.

You will collaborate with a motivated team, develop skills in paid social and programmatic trading, and contribute to client plans under supervision, while growing your understanding of media agency services and tech delivery.

Competenze

• A school leaver or graduate with a degree in an analytical-, quantitative-, comms- or marketing related discipline.
• Numerate and comfortable with data processing and interpretation.
• Confident and accurate with the English language, speaking and in writing.
• Interested in technology and motivated to learn more about new technology developments.
• A keen problem solver.
• Good attention to detail and process orientated.
• A team player with strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to take the initiative.

Mansioni

• Strong desire to learn about the relevant demand side platforms (Paid Social & Programmatic).
• Daily campaign pacing adjustments to deliver plans to set campaign budgets.
• Daily campaign optimisation using various tools as well as Excel based data analysis.
• Daily reporting updates to direct team.
• Weekly analysis of budget pacing and campaign performance to set KPIs.
• Weekly update of on the application of brand safety tools including blocklists.
• Weekly reports of consumer insights and performed optimisations.
• Service ad hoc reporting requests by direct team members or client planning teams.
• Develop optimisation strategies across a variety of advertisers.
• Deploy testing methodologies on campaigns under the direction of line manager.
• Show interest and desire for new product testing and implementation.
• Develop a basic understanding of the role and services of the media agency as well as the direct partners and suppliers.
