You will coordinate tender submissions, maintain key systems and records, produce high-quality written content, and ensure opportunities are managed from enquiry through to submission.

This role suits someone with strong administration, communication and writing skills who enjoys a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and potential training in construction

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Confident producing, editing and proofreading professional documents.
• Proactive and self-motivated with problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction tendering or pre-construction is beneficial but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender submissions and manage key documents.
• Maintain systems and records for work-winning activities.
• Produce high-quality written content and case studies.
• Draft and update bid content and CVs with branding alignment.
• Liaise with colleagues, consultants and stakeholders to gather information.
• Improve departmental processes and efficiencies.
