Our Pre-Contract department is key to the ongoing success of the company. Therefore, we will actively support your personal development, including to achieve certification with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the full life-cycle of the bid process from Go/No Go to contract award
  • Taking personal responsibility for less complex bids
  • Shaping bids to achieve compliant and compelling submissions

  • Monitor bid progress, taking action to ensure compliance with the winning bid strategy.
  • Encourage an integrated team approach, bringing enthusiasm and energy to the bid process.
  • Write or contribute to sections of the quality response.
  • Support the Farrans team in preparation of presentations for tender interviews.
  • Strive for continuous improvement within the pre-construction process, including the application of best practices in bid management.
  • Seek client feedback in respect of all submissions to drive improvements.
  • Abide by all business compliance requirements in line with Company policies.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ post-graduation experience in a relevant position
  • Excellent standard of written English with an ability to articulate messages clearly and concise
