Salary: £35,000 - £41,000 depending on experience, 6% bonus potential
Annual Leave: 22.5 days plus bank holidays

The Energy Team is a central team within the Property division of Royal Mail Group, responsible for delivering energy management support across a property portfolio of approximately 1,800 buildings. Royal Mail aims to achieve net zero carbon by 2040 with a 25% water reduction target by 2030.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior BEMS (Buildings Energy Management System) Energy Manager to support the BEMS Manager in identifying ways to improve energy efficiency, environmental monitoring, and carbon emissions across Royal Mail's property portfolio.
