As a Junior Bartender at Sea Containers Restaurant, you will work closely with our experienced bar team to craft exceptional cocktails and provide top-notch service to our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a budding mixologist to learn and grow in a fast-paced and creative environment while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior bartenders in preparing and serving a diverse range of cocktails and beverages with precision and flair.
2. Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and service.
3. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering menu recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper storage of ingredients, glassware, and equipment.
5. Learn and adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures, as well as responsible alcohol service guidelines.
6. Collaborate with the bar team to develop new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus.
7. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and conducting regular stock counts.
