The practice is recognised for advising global financial institutions, investment funds, and blue-chip corporates on complex cross-border financing transactions, with continued growth across the Channel Islands.

The Role

This position offers exposure to a broad spectrum of banking and finance work, including acquisition and leveraged finance, fund finance, structured finance, and general corporate lending. Working closely with senior lawyers and partners, you will gain direct client contact, play a key role in drafting and negotiation, and contribute to knowledge development and wider team initiatives.
