Job summary

Corpay in London is seeking a Junior Banking Analyst to support the Virtual Banking and Payment Schemes team. You will assist with daily operations, data analysis, and client-related activities across cross-border solutions. You will help map banking processes and monitor schemes across corridors and currencies.

You will work with Treasury, Operations, Compliance, Product and Technology to ensure timely, accurate delivery and continuous improvements in our virtual banking services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of banking, payments, virtual accounts, or financial operations would be advantageous.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and operational processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily virtual banking operations, including virtual account activity, transaction monitoring, and banking-related processes.
• Maintaining mapping of virtual accounts and Global Banking Product providers across corridors and currencies.
• Maintaining access to global payment schemes (SWIFT, SEPA, FedNow, etc.), currencies, and settlement timing.
• Reviewing and analysing banking data to identify trends, discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Communicating with internal teams and external counterparties.
• Supporting onboarding and ongoing maintenance of virtual banking products and services.
• Collaborating with Treasury, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Technology to support service delivery.
• Monitoring processes to ensure activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line with procedures.
• Preparing reports, presentations, summaries for internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
• Escalating issues, risks, and process gaps in a timely manner.
• Supporting process-improvement initiatives across virtual banking operations.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with requirements.

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Junior Banking Analyst working within our Virtual Banking and Payment Scheme function. This position falls under our Cross Border Solution line of business and is located in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will support the Virtual Banking team with day-to-day operational, analytical, and client-related activities across our alternative and virtual banking solutions. You will assist with monitoring banking processes, data and process mapping, presentations building the future banking proposition for Corpay Cross-border division. You will report directly to the Head of Virtual Banking and Payment Schemes and regularly collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Product, Client Services, and Technology teams.

Role Responsibilities

• Supporting daily virtual banking operations, including virtual account activity, transaction monitoring, and banking‑related processes.
• Maintaining structured mapping of virtual account and Global Banking Product providers across corridors and currencies, including scheme access, fees, resilience, and regulatory standing.
• Maintaining the master mapping of Corpay's access to global payment schemes, including SWIFT, SEPA, SEPA Instant, FedNow, Same Day ACH, NPP, PIX, UPI, and others, covering access routes, currencies, and settlement timing.
• Reviewing and analysing banking data to identify trends, discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and external counterparties.
• Supporting the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of virtual banking products and services.
• Working closely with Treasury, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to support efficient service delivery.
• Monitoring processes to ensure activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line with internal procedures.
• Preparing reports, presentations, summaries, and updates for internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
• Escalating issues, risks, and process gaps to the relevant teams in a timely manner.le
• Supporting process‑improvement initiatives across virtual banking operations.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with business and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Skills
