Fruition IT is working with a well-established, tech-first business that is undergoing a complete technical transformation. This client is looking to build a team of Software Engineers to develop a bespoke software platform as part of their growth strategy.

As a Junior Backend Software Engineer, you will be supported by a team of talented engineers, providing an excellent opportunity for mentorship and skill development using the latest technologies. This role offers significant potential for career progression.

What will I be doing?

1. Supporting continuous improvement and integrations to enhance deployment processes.
2. Collaborating with senior engineers, architects, and testers to develop unit code.
3. Working within an AWS environment.

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a software development environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of NodeJS.
• Knowledge of Terraform as infrastructure as code.
