The Opportunity

We are seeking a Junior Consultant in Aviation Security to join our Security Advisory practice within the Resilience, Security & Risk team based in the UKIMEA region.

You will collaborate with our aviation security team and clients in the aviation sector to develop our aviation security services, working with subject-matter experts, resilience, security & risk peers, and design team members. Your role will involve evaluating and managing security risks in airport infrastructure design and operation, engaging with regulators and stakeholders to develop solutions addressing aviation security risks and operational criteria.

You will support the development and implementation of strategic directions for our aviation security services, working directly with clients across the UKIMEA region and Europe to understand their needs and develop innovative, sustainable solutions.

Is this role right for you?

The ideal candidate will have experience and preferably a qualification in security risk management, aviation security, political science, international relations, terrorism studies, or engineering.

We look for skills including:

  • Desire to pursue a professional qualification with a recognized body (e.g., RSES, ICAO AvSec PM, CSyP, ChMC)
  • Experience in consultancy and client engagement, delivering high-quality services
  • Interest in Aviation Security and applying skills across diverse projects
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to all organizational levels
  • Experience in risk assessment and developing proportionate, innovative solutions
  • Understanding of engineering infrastructure and systems in aviation
  • Ability to obtain SC Clearance
