We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic QS or Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor (seeking their first intermediate QS role), eager to engage with a variety of development projects. Location:

You will be based in Westerham, working closely with our Principal Quantity Surveyor on exciting residential and commercial projects. The role requires full-time on-site presence, including regular site visits.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has:

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree.
  • At least 24 months of quantity surveying experience within a consultancy or cost management firm, with a solid understanding of UK construction practices.
  • Proficiency in measurements and a strong grasp of NRM.
  • Knowledge of cost planning and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for effective interaction with clients, contractors, and professionals.
  • Experience in pre and post-contract cost management within the built environment.
  • Outstanding analytical and numerical skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

As a Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with tender compilation.
