Job description

Established for over 30 years, our client is a market leader in delivering in-store fixtures and promotional solutions, servicing both end users and trade. With in-house design, production, and manufacturing all under one roof, they offer a seamless and agile creative process.

Following a recent restructure that merged the ADHOC artwork team with the Visual Merchandising department, our client is now looking to bring in a Junior 2D Artworker. This role will primarily support the delivery of varied, ad-hoc creative projects that fall outside the core workstreams.

They’re not looking for someone with extensive experience - what matters most is a strong desire to learn, develop, and grow within a collaborative team.

With a wealth of experience already within the department, this is an excellent opportunity for a junior creative to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Job Role

1. Create 2D artwork and supporting documentation for temporary promotional retail display & POS equipment
2. Compose approved artwork packs for print
3. Liaise with Print, Prototype & Production teams, to ensure artwork fits the brief and accurately translate to final print
4. Attend client meetings and prototype/print review sessions
5. Support 2D artworkers, quality checking artwork packs, before submission to the client, in line with company standards
6. Complete complex iterative artwork amends, as per client feedback
