Job summary

Mandeville is seeking a Junior Artworker to join its dynamic creative team in the UK. This entry-level role involves producing print-ready artwork for large format graphics, exhibition stands, signage, brochures, and event collateral, while adapting concepts across print and digital channels.

You will work on high-profile projects, ensuring brand guidelines and technical specs are met, with exposure to AI design tools to boost output and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Artworker / Creative Artworker / Graphic Artworker.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of print production, pre-press, and large format graphics.
• Experience creating assets for both print and digital platforms.
• Exposure to AI design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong file management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience within events, exhibitions, media, or marketing environments (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare print-ready artwork for large format graphics, exhibition stands, signage, brochures, and event collateral.
