Qualifications

• A background in artwork or graphic design, with a solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, colour, and layout principles.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe CC (InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• A strong creative flair and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every design stands out.
• Familiarity with print and finishing processes to produce polished, professional results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively and convey ideas with confidence.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn on the job, self-teach, and take initiative.
  
  

Additional Information

At PortmanDentex, you’ll be part of an inclusive, collaborative team environment where your development and potential are encouraged, and your new ideas and innovative approaches are welcomed. We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you, and the rest working from home. Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance, and features a café on-site, free parking, and beautiful parkland surroundings. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package (which will be on a pro-rata basis) includes:
