This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Manager within construction to join a specialist surveying and investigative consultancy, focusing on building pathology, structural surveys, and remedial solutions, with the opportunity to progress quickly into an Area Manager role.

This company is a specialist investigative surveying business with over 30 years' experience in the sector. They work on a wide range of projects diagnosing defects in buildings and structures, preparing remedial strategies, and delivering technical reports. With a solid client base, they have ambitious growth plans to expand, develop new regional offices, and break into new sectors.
In this role, you will work from the Bristol based office, travelling across the Southwest, South Wales, and up throughout the South. You will assist with project delivery, including health & safety, quality audits, and scope of works preparation. You will support site handovers, oversee technician teams, draft method statements and risk assessments, and supervise the data and sample collection process for technical reporting.
The ideal candidate will be a driven and detail-oriented construction professional, with some management or supervisory experience and a willingness to travel regularly. You will need a full UK drivers' licence, excellent people skills, and the ambition to grow with the business.
