  • Competent in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is highly desirable.
  • Interested in healthcare, inclusive, or care sector design.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with design and technical drawing packages.
  • Supporting planning and building regulations submissions.
  • Producing detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Collaborating with consultants and stakeholders.
  • Participating in site visits and on-site coordination.

Graduate/ Junior Architectural Technologist

Location: Wakefield

Salary: £26-28,000 DOE

A respected architectural practice is looking to add Junior and Graduate Architectural Technologists to join its team. Specialising in care sector design- including care homes, supported living, and dementia-friendly environments- the practice is known for delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions tailored to complex user needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on meaningful projects that positively impact people’s lives. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all project stages, develop your technical and design skills, and benefit from ongoing support and training. Applicants should be local to Wakefield or able to commute reliably.
