The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architectural Technology and proficiency in AutoCAD. You'll work across various project stages, gaining valuable experience in design and technical drawing production. A competitive salary and benefits package of £26,000-£30,000 per annum is offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working within architectural practice or in a CAD Technician capacity.
• Understanding of construction processes and design principles.
• Ability to produce high-quality 2D CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist across technical detailing and later RIBA stages.
• Work on project stages from inception to detailed design.
• Produce statutory approvals and technical drawings.

Outstanding opportunity for a Junior level Architectural Technologist to join an established multidisciplinary consultancy for encompassing architecture, surveying & project management within various sectors including residential, healthcare, educational, industrial & commercial amongst others., Based in their office in the South East region of London

Due to further growth plans within the office, the practice are seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to join their South East team on a full time permanent basis. The practice utilises AutoCAD software so proficiency with the software is essential, to work across the technical detailing and later RIBA stages.

You'll gain experience and exposure in various project stages, from inception and feasibility through to detailed design, statutory approvals, and technical drawing production.

The ideal Junior Architectural Technologist for this role will be able to demonstrate the following skills and characteristics:

• Exceptional oral & written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to take on varied responsibilities

Required qualifications and experience of the Junior Architectural Technologist as follows:

• A UK degree qualification in Architectural Technology
• 1 years + experience working within Architectural practice or in a CAD Technician capacity
• Software proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
• Understanding of construction processes, design principles and ability to produce high quality 2D CAD drawings

You'll be joining an established building surveying and design team where continuous development is encouraged, and your role will evolve as you gain experience.

A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered to the successful Junior Architectural Technologist, and is likely to be in the region of 26,000- 30,000 per annum dependant on experience.
