Job summary

Penguin Recruitment in Harrogate is seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to support a range of projects from inception to completion. You will prepare building regulation and planning applications, undertake site visits, and produce technical drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architectural Technology, has UK experience, and is proficient in Revit, with strong knowledge of UK building regulations and excellent presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree within Architectural Technology, and experience as a Technologist in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit is desirable and experience on various building sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and excellent technical/presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities, with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and help deliver on a range of projects.
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications.
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance.
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages.
