Duties

• Work on retail, residential, and healthcare projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits and undertake site visits to ensure technical compliance
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships

Skills and Experience

• Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
• Proficiency with Revit
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Experience working on projects across various sectors
