Junior Architect

One Works is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our London team. With a portfolio of high-profile projects spanning masterplanning, urban design, public realm, and transport architecture, we offer a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects across the globe.

As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with our experienced team in London, collaborating with colleagues in our Milan headquarters and other international offices. You will play a key role in the design process, from concept development to technical detailing, on a variety of international projects. Key responsibilities include:

1. Contribute to the design process, including concept development, design research, 3D modelling, and visualization.
2. Prepare high-quality presentations and design drawings.
3. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
4. Assist in the preparation of technical documentation.
5. Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience working on masterplanning, urban design, or transport-related projects.
2. Strong design and graphic skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Revit.
3. Excellent 3D modelling and rendering skills; experience with AI-based tools is a plus.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
7. Legal right to work in the UK.
