As an Associate Analyst in the Digital Operations team at Sainsbury's, you are a highly numerate professional with a strong analytical background and a passion for deriving actionable insights from complex data sets. Your proficiency in SQL, coupled with your brilliant communication skills and inquisitive mindset, enables you to translate data into compelling stories and deliver valuable recommendations to drive business efficiencies and enhance the online customer experience.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience or education in a numerate discipline such as mathematics, statistics, or a related analytical field.
  • Proven ability to write and use SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Evidence of delivering actionable insights that have led to measurable business change through analytics.
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly, with examples of translating analytical findings into simple, compelling narratives.
