A leading company in London is seeking a Junior Analyst / Corporate Debt Structurer for its Leveraged Loans Funds team. Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or Management is required.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication proficiency and advanced Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze credit & sectors and assess the credit quality of debt issuers.
  • Propose investment opportunities and prepare recommendations for the Investment Committee.
  • Monitor funds' investments through financial models and reporting.

Job title:

Junior Analyst / Corporate Debt Structurer – Leveraged Loans Funds

Job responsibilities include:
  1. Analyzing credit & sectors
  2. Assessing the credit quality of debt issuers, including data collection and financial review
  3. Proposing investment opportunities and preparing recommendations for the Investment Committee
  4. Monitoring the funds' investments through reports and financial models
  5. Making investment recommendations and maintaining a shadow portfolio
  6. Supporting risk control and distribution activities, including report preparation and analysis for the Board
  7. Structuring new corporate debt transactions, including analysis, modeling, due diligence, and legal review
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Finance, or Management
  • Strong business and credit analysis skills
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting
  • Expertise in financial modeling
  • Excellent communication skills
