Job summary

Perigon Search is seeking an installation engineer to join a hands-on team installing domestic split and multi-split systems in homes across Cambridgeshire and Chelmsford. You\'ll work alongside experienced engineers from day one, gaining practical skills and a clear route to running your own installs.

The role offers a company vehicle, ongoing manufacturer training, and a permanent, full-time position with room to grow into a fully qualified installation engineer.

Qualifications

• Assisted on split installs and understand basics of how a system goes in.
• Willingness to learn matters more than qualifications.
• A F-Gas Cat 1/2 helps if you have it, but it's not essential; a full UK licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Domestic split and multi-split installs in homes across Cambridgeshire and Chelmsford, hands-on from day one.
• Paired with an experienced engineer and gradually taking on more responsibility.
• Assist with running pipework, pressure testing, and commissioning as you grow.
