Job description

INNOCEAN is a global advertising and communications agency, founded by Hyundai Motor Group to lead brand storytelling for two of the most innovative automotive names, Hyundai and Kia. We are proud to have since expanded our portfolio to include Genesis, Taylormade, Onoto Pens and The Boutique Workplace Company, bringing our creative expertise to a broader spectrum of industries.

We are seeking an Agency Producer to become an integral member of our Production team, working alongside our Head of Broadcast and Senior Editor. You will play a key role in supporting and producing creative content for TV, Radio, Digital, Retail, and social platforms. This role is hands-on and varied, with space to learn, take ownership, and make a real impact from day one.

Agency Producer - Specific Responsibilities

  • TV Administration: Manage broadcast compliance and clearance submissions (TV, Cinema, and Radio), station delivery and rotations, VO artist negotiations, usage rights, music searches, and licensing. (Full training will be provided.)
  • Scheduling: Oversee production, broadcast, and post-production schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of timelines and resources.
  • Shoot Management: Conduct research, arrange travel logistics, create itineraries, and manage bookings for agency and client shoots. Attend shoots to ensure smooth operations.
  • Brief Response: Support the broadcast/production team in responding to briefs efficiently, leading smaller projects with senior guidance, with the goal of taking ownership of day-to-day social media and retailer (dealership) campaigns.
  • Social Campaign Management (once established): Oversee social media projects from concept to delivery, ensuring campaigns meet deadlines, budgets, and creative briefs.
  • Post-Production Support: Liaise with the Head of Broadcast and Senior Editor to manage edit suite resources and bookings. Provide occasional edit assistance, including asset preparation, research, and stock licensing.

General Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal and external teams, including vendors and contractors, to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • Maintain and nurture strong vendor relationships.
  • Communicate directly with the account management team to track progress and provide client updates.
  • Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets the highest creative and technical standards.

Core Requirements & Key Attributes

  • 1+ years’ experience in advertising, production, or post-production (agency or in-house).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do approach.
  • A good understanding of production and post-production workflows would be beneficial.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) is ideal, but not essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with creative, production, and account teams.
  • Knowledge of licensing, rights management, and compliance procedures is advantageous.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership – we value determination, initiative, and a strong work ethic even more than years of experience.

Policy and Benefits

  • 24 days holiday, plus bank holidays
  • Birthday day off
  • Hybrid working (Tuesdays – Thursdays in the office)
  • Work from Anywhere (10 days a year)
  • Pension Scheme (4%, 6 % following 3 years)
  • Health Insurance and Life Assurance
  • Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Shared Parental
  • Annual Discretionary Performance Bonus
  • Workplace Nursery Scheme
  • Car Finance Scheme
  • Cycle and Bike Rental Scheme
  • Company Yoga Innocean
