A leading digital technology publisher is seeking a Manager for its advertising operations team in Blackfriars. The successful applicant will manage digital ad campaigns across various platforms, lead and develop team members, and drive process improvements. Candidates should have at least 2 years' experience in digital advertising management and familiarity with DFP premium. The role offers a competitive salary around £50k plus benefits.
Job Description
An excellent opportunity to either begin or further develop your managerial career with an international publisher within the digital technology space. Manage and lead a small advertising operations team and maintain multiple internal working relationships.
You will initially take charge of an ad ops exec and immediately take responsibility for hiring a 2nd. Being a small ad operations team, you will need to lead from the front – managing digital advertising campaigns daily across display, video, mobile, and in-app. This will involve the full campaign management process: trafficking, testing/troubleshooting, reporting, and campaign analysis & optimization. In addition to managing campaigns, you will also analyze processes and look to improve where appropriate.
Candidates will need a minimum of 2+ years’ experience managing digital ad campaigns and be comfortable resolving common trafficking problems that arise. Experience working in a publisher environment using DFP premium is desirable, as is evidence of having held a senior ad operations position with responsibility over other team members.
