Junior Acoustic Consultant | Sheffield | Permanent

Our client is looking for an experienced Junior Acoustic Consultant to join a multidisciplinary consultancy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on UK and International projects across various sectors such as residential, industrial, energy, waste, mineral, and commercial.


Junior Acoustic Consultant Requirements:
  1. Relevant Acoustics degree or similar
  2. Relevant experience in a similar role
  3. Knowledge of legislation and guidelines relevant to the acoustics sector
  4. Full UK Driving License
  5. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  6. Member of the Institute of Acoustics (IoA) (Desirable)

Junior Acoustic Consultant Duties:
  1. 3D Noise modelling
  2. Environmental noise assessment and surveys
  3. EIA screening and scoping reports
  4. Prepare and complete technical reports
  5. Building Acoustics Design
  6. Liaise with clients regarding project requirements
  7. Site visits
