Our client, well-established in their field is recruiting for a Junior Accounts Assistant/Accounts Apprentice to join their busy finance department.

This is a full time office based role and will suit a motivated and well-organised individual with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with processing purchase invoices, sales invoices, and credit notes.
  • Support the reconciliation of supplier statements and bank accounts.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts and reports.
  • Support payroll and expense claim processing where required.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to resolve finance queries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance team.
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested to support the department.
