  • Manage trade receivables and follow up on overdue amounts.

Job description

What you will do:
  • Process a high volume of sales and purchase invoices (around 500 per month)
  • Perform daily multi-currency bank reconciliations
  • Manage trade receivables and follow up with customers on overdue amounts
  • Ensure timely supplier payments
  • Maintain and update fixed asset registers
  • Calculate and post accruals, prepayments, and support month-end close
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Help prepare and submit VAT returns and regulatory/statutory accounts with guidance
  • Liaise with teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
What you bring & who you are:
  • Thorough understanding of accounting fundamentals (debits, credits, reconciliations)
  • Ability to process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiently
  • Competent in using MS Excel
  • Good communication skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Proactive approach to improving processes in a controlled environment
  • Ideally, experience with MS Dynamics 365 BC/Navision
