Your new role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will undertake varied responsibilities including (but not limited to):

• End to end Accounts Payable including processing supplier/vendor invoices, preparation and execution of payment runs
• Bank statement reconciliation
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Accruals and prepayments
• Ensuring precise Trial Balance posting
• VAT returns
• Preparation of financial reports
• Assisting with the review of payroll and expenses
• Working collaboratively with the Financial Controller to improve existing financial processes
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis
• Supporting year-end including liaison with auditors

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have:

• Maximum 2 weeks notice period
• Strong experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable
• A desire to take on increased responsibilities
• Stable employment history with a minimum of three years in current/most recent role
• Xero system experience advantageous (not essential)
• The ability to work efficiently and motivate yourself whilst working remotely
