Location: Colnbrook, Slough (SL3)
Salary: £23,000 to £40,000 (Dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their team in Colnbrook, Slough. This is a dynamic and hands-on role ideal for someone enthusiastic about the film, TV, and commercial production industry. The Junior Account Manager will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while managing client accounts throughout the production lifecycle.

Junior Account Manager Role:
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for feature film, TV, and commercial clients. You’ll support account management from the initial enquiry through to final invoice approval. This is a customer-focused role that involves working with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and Distribution, while also liaising closely with production crews.

Junior Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients


  • Respond to emails and phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner


  • Support Account Managers in managing productions from start to finish


  • Use electronic job management systems


  • Assist with the closing of productions, ensuring missing and damaged items are handled and invoiced


  • Attend training sessions at the Colnbrook office as needed


  • Complete tasks assigned by the Sales Team Leader and contribute to wider team objectives


  • Be flexible to work additional hours when required to meet deadlines


    What They Are Looking For:

    Essential:

    • Industry experience within Film, TV, or Commercial lighting rental and sales


    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


    • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel


    • A proactive, motivated attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team


      Desirable:

      • Experience using job management systems


      • Familiarity with production crew workflows
