Job summary

Furza is expanding its Sheffield team and seeks two Junior Account Managers to learn and grow within the client relationship space. You will work closely with the team to understand client goals, onboard new clients, and identify opportunities to introduce additional services.

The role offers a structured training academy, coaching, and real progression paths. You will start near the client-facing side, building rapport, supporting senior staff, and gradually owning conversations to deliver

Responsibilities

• Speak with businesses to understand their goals and challenges.
