Job Description:

Junior Sales Support Fashion Head Office (Recent Fashion Graduate) Entry Level Fashion Role.

Support the Sales/Account Management team at the Fashion Head Office.

Location: Guildford, Surrey. You must reside in Guildford or nearby, with parking available.

This is an entry-level role requiring a recent fashion graduate, ideally with some head office experience from a placement or fast-track course in a UK supplier or retailer.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the UK head office of an established fashion company. As a Junior Account Manager, you will support daily operations and develop relationships with internal and external partners in the UK and internationally.

You will collaborate with the Design and Sales teams, working with UK fashion retailers on high street trends.

The Role

• Be the point of contact between UK retail customers and offshore offices/factories.
• Manage the order critical path, ensuring timelines are met.
• Coordinate with retail buyers on issues.
• Chase samples and lab dips.
• Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks related to orders.
• Receive training and mentorship from the team.

Personal Requirements

• Recent graduate with a fashion-related degree in Buying & Merchandising or Fashion Business (preferably fast-track).
• Reside in Surrey or nearby; role requires presence in the head office five days a week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in written and verbal communication.
• Passionate about fashion and seeking a career in a Fashion Head Office.

This role is administration-based but provides excellent exposure to UK high street fashion. Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
