You’ll liaise with highly regarded restaurants in South East England, cultivating relationships and helping increase their online sales. This role is ideal for a commercial, outgoing individual who enjoys relationship building.

Please note: A valid driving license and a car are beneficial, as travel within South East areas such as Bexleyheath, Orpington, Royal Tunbridge Wells, and Purley (near Croydon) will be part of the role. However, this isn’t essential if you’re comfortable with travel.

This role involves significant travel; being comfortable on the road is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving restaurant performance via data analysis and industry knowledge to maximize order volume and growth.
  • Negotiating contracts and partnership terms.
  • Collaborating with restaurant and rider operations teams to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Working with marketing to accelerate restaurant order growth.
  • Innovating and presenting new ideas to increase growth and efficiencies.
  • Becoming a local industry expert and the face of Deliveroo in your city.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in account/relationship management or similar roles.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, via face-to-face, phone, or email.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to understand and use data effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets and successful negotiations.
  • Experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment is preferable.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously while out meeting partners.
  • Additional language skills in Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, or Bahasa/Malay are a plus.
